Acceptance of Terms. By using https://aiwontdoitga.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Service Description. This Site describes Furniture Assembly, Junk Removal, Moving Services, TV Mounting, Property Cleanouts provided by AI won't do IT. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to AI won't do IT and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination. AI won't do IT may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

No Warranties. AI won't do IT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, AI won't do IT's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold AI won't do IT harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by GA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in GA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Term Changes. AI won't do IT may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
